So for all Dota2 enthusiasts, you guys should know that the due date of our beloved TI6 Battle Pass is TODAY, 31st Aug, but it's effin 1 September on my place, and it will be due when I will be sleeping.

So I did what others couldn't think of. I FUCKING STAYED AWAKE (4 AM CURRENT TIME) JUST TO FINISH ALL THE STUFFS I COULDN'T FINISH ON THE BATTLE PASS (for all non-enthusiasts, just imagine you have an item which will expire soon, but you want to abuse it as much as possible)

On the other hand, I feel like dying after playing non-stop games from 11 p.m in my place (yeah, 5 straight hours). At least, I have finished my shit and get them together, which is nice. Meanwhile, I have also been busy playing Ragnarok Online (old school game that's still popular up till now). I met quite a bunch of people from across the countries and it's kinda fun to interact with them. And so, I made this new friend called Ciara. She is fun and outgoing, hell, I had never met a girl like her before (don't ask in what terms). I feel kinda bad that I didn't even log in to play RO today or even drop a message on plug dj for her, so I guess I'll just post it here since she also reads my blog BECAUSE TIMOT SPILLED THE BEANS (no seriously, thank you).

Also, played a game similar to isketch a few days back. I got to draw "Pocahontas", so I drew a girl (stickman obviously) with long hair and tanned skin. Timot typed "nigger", he got banned from the server for a day. I laughed my shit off.

I guess that's all for today. For whatever reason, I need to sleep now unless I want to die sooner (which I always do anyway). Ciao!

Guilty or Nah

That aside, I don't really find any motivation to update my blog. Even though many shit happened, I feel like to keep it personal and reserved. In the end, I just need a reminder on how much I fucked up in a year or so.

So about my new year resolutions... Well, I'm halfway into it (referring to the 6000 MMR on Dota2) I'm currently riding a wild shit, going back and forth from 5200 to 5300 MMR in 20 games or so, and then I decided to take a break from ranked matches for a while. Another resolution might worth mentioning is my grades on uni. Surprisingly, I did well on several subjects which I thought I fucked up badly there. Win:win condition nonetheless, with the only exception that I missed a scholarship program that can only be obtained with good grades. Hell, I just hope another chance comes next year, feel kinda guilty about it.

Also, bought 'Life is Strange', a game, yes, a game. It changes my perspective towards life, and goddamn, even though the plot is kinda obvious, the progress of this story is what makes me love this game so much. Timot (my friend, currently studying in AU) also gave me, Hansen, and Adit a lot games with his allowance. Some titles are even quite famous like Rainbow 6 Siege and Mount Your Friends.

The only resolution being left undone is my games that rot in my Steam library cause you know, new year, new bullshit. I just hope I can eventually finish 'Dishonored' which I bought last year and has been staying on my library untouched for almost a year too.

And at this point, I just realized that the thing I typed in this post is too random of what not. But well, that's the point of my blog and I'm staying original with it.. I guess....

Well whatever, I should update my blog again in the future (even though I know no one really reads it, but meh whatever, just as a resort from my life when I had the chance)

New Year, New Me, New Bullshit

Okay guys, I am really stuck at 4.8k rating, and I am dropping (currently on 4.7k, help). And I have not updated the blog even though I had a lot of free time (which was used mostly to grind, and eventually failed). So anyway, new year's coming, and time to make some "new year resolution" thingy that is done by most people.

Funny thing is, the resolution of most people ends up being forgotten 2-3 days after New Year (well, for me, at least). And now, I will just post a shameless resolution here in this post.

1. Good grades on uni (damn straight)
2. 6 0 0 0  M A T C H M A K I N G  R A T I N G  P O I N T S
3. Still love potatoes
4. Idk, maybe get a dog, but mom won't allow it
5. At this point I just keep on making points so I do not look like I am lazy to update this blog
6. Idk, what else
7. Play the games that I will buy on Steam instead of making it rot in the Steam library for months

So yeah, Merry (belated) Christmas and... Happy New Year, soon enough. Cya guys, wml to reach 5k before the end of the year (which possibly won't happen unless some miracle happen)

So people who love to read my blog should have known the video game I am most addicted to: Dota2.

So basically, there is a "rank" system in Dota2, which displays your rating. It roughly describes your skill and professionals tend to have the rating of 5000 and higher.

So, I grinded for days and I am still on my way to 5000 rating. IT WAS FUCKING HELL. Heck, even mid-term test passed and I did not feel guilty at all for ALMOST not studying, but perks to be me, I can answer most of them easily /ego off

And now, sitting here, 20 days after not updating this beloved blog (tbh I am just too lazy to type shits, nothing interesting actually happened, I somehow wish apocalypse happened and boom, I have some interesting stuffs to write). And well, still stuck at 4800 rating.

So long-short story, wish me luck guys.

Shame... Shame

1 month w/o update, kill me. Honestly.

So it was pretty much like this in the past 1 month

Assignments, assignments, some random sudden quiz (fml), I got sick for 1 week, I barfed, pooped, barfed, pooped, got well, got a speaking test, shit happened, potatoes, Halloween is over.

So basically, I got a new friend in this dorm, named Hafizh. So well, he is kind of a funny guy, and I like to bully him a lot. We got pretty much the same interest and stuffs, and well, shit.

So gonna summarize the important shits happened:

Got shitton of assignment about phonetics (again) and it took me around 5 hours to do it.

Something that turned out to be quiz (and yes, our score got inputted for the mid-term score)

Got sick because I stressed over a 6-consecutive loss in Dota2. Got well 1 week later. Honestly, it was kinda ridiculous. I barfed and pooped a lot like there was no tomorrow..

Halloween passed just like that. Halloween Sale on Steam was kinda crappy because there was no game that I like.

Got a speaking test (thought delayed for me because I was sick). Went better than expected (thanks Arya)

Aaaaand, this guy, Hafizh. So far, I have never befriend THIS close to an Islamic friend, but hey, friendship in diversity is great. And funnily, some (scary) shit happened to me just about now.

Yeah, you get the idea. I just laughed because that was the first time I actually heard that when he got shocked. So yeah, got to accustom myself with this.

Aaand, shame on me for not updating the blog for 1 month.

Assignments and stuffs

A lot of stuffs happened this past week (God I wish I were a high-schooler again just to enjoy my free time). So I learned more about phonetics, and guess what? I officially dislike this subject (lol jk, I just don't get used with it yet)

So tomorrow, remember the "Character Building" project I mentioned in my last post? Well, tomorrow I will start to teach the kids. The subject is "Seven Deadly Sins Days in a Week". So basically, Monday - Sunday. Well, at least in Eastern culture, it starts on Monday and ends on Sunday. However for the Western peeps, it starts on Sunday and it ends on Saturday, welp. Quite a problematic stuff IMO, considering I am going to teach them with the Eastern culture (Mon-Sun), while the song (the teacher recommended Barney's song, "There are Seven Days in a Week") uses Western culture.

That aside, I downloaded the mp3 I found on the web and it has a freaking 30 seconds unimportant intro, and 5 seconds unimportant ending. So that leads me to cut the song using some mp3 programs. My friend recommended stuffs which did not work, but a thread in the stuff's forum they recommended actually leads me to the stuff which worked fine for me (and it was easy as hell).

And tomorrow I will also have an event for my major (Eng Lit exclusive), and my class pointed me (though it was just my class rep) to perform because it was obligatory for each class to send one performer. FML. Out of your curiosity, I will be performing cup song (When I'm Gone - Anna Kendrick), which I am quite good at.

Yay my dad bought me a new lappy! OwO

Ok that aside, I was planning to post a new post after I have a new lappy. Turned out my dad delayed it really really long (which also makes me uneasy for not updating this blog for a while). So I have begun my university days, and if I have not said it, I took English Literature major in my university. And everything is going so smoothly, until I learned this thing called phonetic (God, I know it is not that hard, but still, I am too lazy to remember those things)

Also, there is a project on going called in a subject called "Character Building". Basically, the project told us to teach kindergarten. Yay.

The thing I am afraid of, I suddenly showed a creepy face (I have a creepy smile, I admit) and the children ran away in fear, and the teacher expelled me later on. Sounds great.

On another completely unrelated topic, I joined a club here, called "Binus Game Development Club" (whereas Binus is the name of my university). It had a welcoming party today at morning, and it was fun, especially the games, including dodgeball and some game trivia thingy (which I forget the name cuz short-span memory)

Aaaand, I downloaded stuffs in my dorm relatively fast. And I keep getting 50-60 FPS while playing Dota2 #justgamerthingies.

Time to download the rest of games I haven't played in a long time now :3
